The Screamin’ Eagle High-Flow Exhaust system provides bolt-on performance by reducing the catalyst restrictions and improving exhaust flow. This exhaust system is optimized for use with Screamin’ Eagle Stage Kit-equipped Milwaukee Eight engines. The complete exhaust system starts with race-shop constructed oversized mandrel-bent and hand TIG-welded stainless steel head pipes, and flows through a unique crossover to improve the flow of spent cylinder gasses.

Wide band O2 sensors do not fit as advertised.

These pipes are high quality tig welded 321 stainless steel . The primary tubes are 2 in diameter and both tubes are steeped to 2.5 inches at the muffler. The spigots appear to be formed but are in-fact machined stainless. The cats are welded onto the end of the pipe and are easily cut off if you wanted more flow. This is the best quality pipe I have seen from the MOCO. All that being said, I can only give the system stars. The exhaust is advertised to work with both 12mm narrow band and 18mm wide band O2 sensors. When I attempted to install the pipes, they would not clear the transmission top cover with the wide band O2s installed. I called the dealership and was told that the wide band 02 sensors do not fit unless you modify/notch the transmission top cover and heat the pipe around the O2 sensor bung to bend the bung upward. I did as the technician instructed and the pipes installed easily. An exhaust from the factory (that cost this much) that is designed to use either narrow or Wideband O2s should not need to be modified for the wide band O2s to fit……. If you are running the factory narrow Band sensors, all is good. read more.

    • put header with front O2 sensor installed only. once everything bolted down to spec, install rear o2 sensor and thread by hand then torque to spec. i just did mine, and that was the only way, works great !

Are the Screaming Eagle free flow exhaust and mufflers street cannons 2inchs at head pipe or are 2in and 1.05 inch ?
    Carl - Santa Fe
  • Question:
    7/13/2022
Is there a performance difference between this and the high flow header included with the se131 kit with street cannons?
    Karl - Ny
    • Answer:
H9fxe, Thanks for the reply. I already have the p/n 65600177 head pipe. I was trying to figure out if this system will yield any performance advantage. I may just go aftermarket as my warranty is up this winter anyway.
      • Answer:
Karl, The 131 kit Requires separate purchase of Head Pipe P/N 65600177. The performance difference I cannot comment on due not knowing for sure. Thanks H9FXE
  • Question:
    6/8/2022
Can you just buy the headers? I already have the slip-ons.
    Eric - TX
    • Answer:
Street Cannons slip-ons are not the same as the ones provided with this system. On this exhaust system, both canisters have the same size 2.5 inch inlet.
      • Answer:
Hi Eric, The Screamin' Eagle header assembly is not sold separately. Thanks.
