Members can redeem reward points for purchases at H-D.com and in-store at participating dealers on the H-D app. Points will be redeemable for any apparel & licensing product, part & accessory product, and service orders.
$5 rewards will be earned after accumulating 500 points. Unlock additional $5 rewards every time you reach 500 total points.
Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or maintenance related plans. Upon return of an item purchased with rewards, the points will be credited back to your account.
Members can earn points through eligible purchases in dealerships or online, through H-D Rewards for engagement activities, and by transferring points from the H-D Visa program.
You cannot earn points on bike purchases or finance and insurance products, but you can earn for service on your bike.
Under the H-D Membership program, members earn engagement points for community participation activities such as checking into events, organizing ride events, completing challenges, and engaging with other members online.
In-store experiences are an important part of the Membership program. Members can earn points by checking in at a dealership, purchasing eligible products, and obtaining service at dealerships.
Rewards points can be redeemed at participating dealerships via the wallet on the H-D App or through the harley-davison.com eCommerce platform. Each point will be worth $0.01. H-D Rewards will be redeemed using rewards vouchers. The value of a reward voucher will be fixed at $5.00 or the equivalent of 500 points. All members will unlock an additional voucher every time they reach a total of 500 points on their wallet.
To view your points balance, go to the H-D App, click on your profile, then click on your digital membership card. To view on H-D.com, go to your profile, then click on the membership tab.
To see your points that are expiring, you can click the tool tip next to your points balance on the app, or under "About My Points" on H-D.com. Points expire after 18 months in H-D Membership, unless you have upgraded to an Access Pass, Rider Pass or Harley Owners Group membership.
