Returns and Exchanges

H-D Online Store orders can be returned for any reason within 15 days of the delivery date (“cooling-off period”) for a refund to the original form of payment.

Free returns - VALID FOR RETURNS OF ONLINE PURCHASES WITHIN THE COOLING-OFF PERIOD

You can return your item(s) online for free (fastest method) using our easy online return process. To get started, click the button below and follow the on-screen prompts.

Once you submit your return request, you will receive a pre-paid DHL shipping label that you can affix on the box with your item(s) and ship back to us at a DHL drop-off location or (if they are, as determined by us, not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you.

You may also exercise your legal right to change your mind by signing and returning us the cancellation form in Schedule 1 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. RETURNS POLICY

  • All returned items must be in the original packaging and original condition. This includes all item tags, instructions, hardware and accessories.
  • All returned items must not be scratched, soiled or damaged due to wear or installation. If this happens, we reserve the right to make deductions from the refunds to reflect any reduction in the value of the item.
  • If you’d like to return items from different orders by mail, you will need to submit separate online return requests and use a different box for each order.
  • Once your return has been initiated you will be emailed a copy of the return label to ship the item.
  • You will then have 14 days to send us the item from the date of initiating the return.
  • You will be able to get a refund if you are within the cooling-off period, but this may be subject to deductions as mentioned above.
  • The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer. For example, if we offer delivery of a product within 3 to 4 business days at one cost but you choose to have the product delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.

 

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF:

(i)       items sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them;

(ii)      items which were customised for you;

(iii)      items with a limited shelf life or expiration; and

(iv)     items which have been mixed with other items and no longer retain their original state as when they were delivered to you.

 

REFUND INFORMATION

Returns will be processed within 2 to 3 weeks from the time we receive the items at our warehouse. The purchase price and VAT of your purchase (less any deductions, if applicable) will be credited back to the original payment method and will post within 1 to 3 days from the date of processing. Please note that it may take several weeks for the funds to appear on your monthly credit card statement. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

 

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM

Sure, Harley® motorcycles may be perfect. But we're not. If we goofed and sent you the wrong order or item(s), let us know and we'll get it fixed in a flash. We will help you get the gear you ordered and pick up the tab for any shipping charges.

 

RECEIVED faulty ITEM

We strive to deliver items in conformity with our agreement and as prescribed by law. However, if an item that you receive turns out to be faulty, you are entitled to a full refund. please give us a call at +44 208 891 9088 or 00 800 1111 2223 (landline only) for assistance between 9am-6pm CET, Monday through Friday. We will deal with faulty items on a case-by-case basis and will comply with your statutory rights. We will pay the costs of postage for the return of faulty items.

 

EXCHANGES

At this time, we are not accepting online exchange requests. We will help you return the item and place a new order.

 

GIFT RETURNS

Note that gift returns will be refunded to the original purchaser via the original method of payment.

 

RE-PRINT A SHIPPING LABEL

If you need to re-print a return shipping label, please go to your H-D Online Store order details, scroll down to your return requests, and click the "View & Print Label" link for the item you wish to return.
