Terms and Conditions – Michaelin Anakee Wild Tyre - Pan American promotion
1. The promoter of the Promotion is Harley-Davidson Europe Limited, 6000 Garsington Road, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX4 2DQ ("Harley-Davidson").
2. The Promotion entitles each customer who purchases a new Harley-Davidson Pan America / Pan America Special 2024 and (or earlier model year) to receive a free set of Anakee Wild Tyres for their motorcycle.
3. The Promotion is available to customers from 22 April 2024 until stock lasts. Contact your local dealer for stock information.
4. Promotion available only at participating authorised Harley-Davidson dealerships in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.

6. Harley-Davidson reserves the right to amend the terms of the Promotion or to withdraw the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to refuse redemption of the Promotion in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Harley-Davidson and any other companies in its corporate group is not liable for, and customer releases Harley-Davidson and any other companies in its corporate group from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of the Promotion.
8. The Promotion and the terms and conditions which apply to the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
