Yes – the option to self-manage the delivery options such as date and address will be available via the DHL SMS which you’ll receive a few days before your delivery.

Online Store Returns

Orders can be returned for free by mail, for any reason, within 15 days of the shipping date.

If you received a damaged or defective item, simply follow the online return process and we'll pick up the tab for return shipping. We'll also refund your original shipping charge. See our return policy for complete information.

Most returns that are sent back to our Fulfillment Center will process approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return. A refund of the merchandise purchase price and sales tax will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Once the return is processed, an email confirmation will be sent. 

At this time, we are not accepting online exchange requests. However, if there is an issue with your order due to our error, please give us a call at 00 800 1111 2223 or +44 208 891 9088  to request an exchange. We'll help you return the item(s) and place a new order.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale merchandise
  • Any products that are damaged from wear or installation

You'll receive a pre-paid return label to print and attach to your return. Each label is uniquely assigned to your return request and is good for one box. You must apply a separate return label to each box you use for your return. 

If you've already submitted your return and need to reprint your label(s), click "Order History & Tracking" and then hit the "View & Print Label(s)" button near your return requests.  If you miscalculated how many labels you need, contact us at 00 800 1111 2223 or +44 208 891 9088  for additional labels.
