Go big or go home. With the largest displacement of any Harley-Davidson Stage Kit, this 114/117CI to 131CI Stage IV Kit is designed to deliver maximum horsepower – all the way to the redline. Packaged with patent-protected cylinder technology, it allows for the largest bolt-on engine upgrade to any Milwaukee-Eight motor. Features new CNC-ported heads with 1mm bigger valves and fully machined combustion chambers. Coupled with the kit's high-lift SE8-517 cam, high compression pistons and a 64mm throttle body and intake manifold, this combination delivers a thrilling 135ft-lb of torque and 124 HP rear-wheel output when paired with Screamin' Eagle® Street Cannon Mufflers for 131 kit customers. It’s designed to run wide open at high-end RPMs and provide a significant boost of torque from cruising speed. You’ll feel the difference as soon as you twist the throttle.

Why did I wait so long? After 19k miles on a Stage II Torque kit, I finally bit the bullet and did what I should have done all along. Pulled the trigger and got some additional items as well. Got the SE cam support plate and oil pump, black tappet covers, a Zippers Redshift 552 cam, Thundermaxtuner, and S

This is fun. 2019 Breakout 114. Went from Stage 1 to this 131 kit using the SE tuner, SE clutch, Olins front/rear, SE oil pump, blah blah blah. Basicly a new bike. 11K all said and done. Holding up pretty well, gets hot faster now of course, everything has a price and then an additional price right?

I had my first 131 kit for less than 500 miles before it blew up. After waiting another month and some change to get it swapped out. The new kit only made it to 4800 miles before it blew again. Everything was HD parts, except exhaust (basanni 2-1). I even had the upgraded oil pump put in. I finally said screw it and sold the bike. This was the fourth Harley that I have owned, and I will never own one again. On a side note: this engine gets super hot. I can't sit in traffic for more than 5 min without this thing struggling. read more.

    • Who did the tune on it? From your pictures, this is definitely a tuning issue.

    • If they cared about the customer as much as they cared about getting their money. They might of explained this at time of purchase. I asked if the kit would work before I ordered the bike. I know I can get more power elsewhere, but I like the warranty

    Incompatible with breakout
Had the kit put on my bike. Now abs and traction lights on. Harleys corporate answer is to revert it to stock or let it sit till they work it out.

    • Hi Jaybubs, UPDATE: if your Breakout is a 2023, with or without TCS, Harley-Davidson has a calibration map for your kit as of October 2023.

    • This part is compatible with the Breakout, without TCS, it is just not compatible with any bike with traction control. The problem is HD put TCS in a bike that was designed for modification. TCS should not be an option for the Breakout.
