    • Question:

I have a 2018 Road Glide special. I think the suspension is too stiff for my riding style. Is it possible to use this lighter weight oil in my front forks for a softer ride?
      Paul - dallas
      • Answer:
Paul Thanks for the question. Your bikes suspension has been designed to be run with "Type E" fork oil. We would not recommend using the type "B" oil . Thanks, blue84irnhd

Hi. I have put type E in my 1972 Sportster. Fork action seems fine. Was this my best choice from fork oils that you offer? Thanks.

      • Answer:
Hello Fred1972, For your XL 1972 model it would call for Type B fluid to be used, part number 62600025. Thank you, Cali86

What weight is Type E and Type B fork oils
      Hippysmack - Alabama
      • Answer:
Hey Hippysmack, Technically the viscosity of the "B" and the "F" fork oils is proprietary info. What I can tell you is that the weight for the "B" is between 0-10 and the "F" is between 5-20.
