We've all been there - scrubbing one tiny spot for 5 minutes of bug guts that just wont come off. You don't dare use your fingernail or any sharp object... This is abrasive enough to clean the baked on June Bug guts with minimal pressure and doesn't appear to damage the bike's surface. I always make sure that both are wet to reduce the risk of scratches. read more.

I was skeptical about not scratching the paint. Combined it with bug remover and used very little pressure to remove many baked on bugs, worked great. Cleaned the fairing, the lowers, the tank and the windshield without scratching. I would not recommend using a lot of pressure, but you really shouldn't need to. read more.

I just bought a "bug eater sponge" but am concerned that its rough texture will scratch painted surfaces...do I need to be mindful of this?
    TK77 - Sarasota, FL
    • Answer:
Hey, TK77! Thanks for your great question. The sponge is designed to remove debris without scratching surface finishes. So you should be safe. I recommend that you try it out on a small inconspicuous area first, though, just to be safe. Also, be sure to only use non-abrasive cleaners. Check out our special cleaners and polishes if you really want to make your bike shine. read more.
