Absolutely love this stand. I place my Harley on the jack every time after a ride, has worked flawlessly going on 3 years now. If/when this one wears out, will buy another one.

Took me about 15 minutes to put this together. Feels very sturdy and very simple to use. Will hold up to 1,100 lbs. Some previous reviews talked about it lowering down to quick. They seem to have addressed that since it came down very smooth. It also comes with a pair of ratchet straps.

    • It won't fit under my 2001 dyna low rider as my oil pan sits just below the frame. I need a wider spread on the lift bars.

The product appears to be of quality construction in my opinion. Solid metal wheels, two of them pivot and can be locked. It's easy to assemble. I don't like how it only comes down fast, but for me, it's not a big issue. The release is another foot pedal below the one used to jack it up. It barely moves so there's no way to proportionally press it down a little to a lot so you can choose to bring the lift down slow or fast. I think that could be addressed, but it doesn't really bother me. It's easy for me to jack it up all by myself and feels pretty stable to me. I have not jacked it up to it's full height but I don't really need to so why would I. I imagine if I did it would probably not feel as stable as it does lower. It comes with 2 extremely long tie down straps and has 4 tie down points on the lift if you want to secure it. It also has 4 safety catch points to secure it from falling down if the hydraulics were to give. I like it and am happy with it. read more.

brand new used once and now wont work..Just purchased in late 2015
Bought this lift/stand before winter to store my bike in my incredibly small garage. Thought the idea was perfect and seemed easy to use in the store. Paid alot for it and was excited to get home to put it o use. First time the weather got warm enough to ride I went to pull my bike out and the lift lost all hydrolic capabilites. Looked it over and couldnt figure out why or what was wrong. Seems to me the lift should work more than 1x before breaking. I have a call in to my local HD store after reading bad reviews on this lift. I will update when I find out what is wrong if HD is willing to warranty the defective lift within a reasonable amount of time. read more.

    • as of 1.25.2016 I have had 2 contacts with the local Harley Dealer in St Charles Missouri. It has been explained to me that they have contacted Harley Davidson. Now they are waiting on Harley Davidson to tell them what recourse is to be taken. ???

    Basically worthless
Bought this unit about 6-7 months ago. Finally tried to actually USE it today on one of my bikes (FLD). The front crossbar that is welded to the frame will not clear the kickstand - therefore the lift cannot fully engage the frame on the LH side. I have two options: (1) have another person sit on the bike with the stand up in order to get it fully under the bike or (2) cut off that bar and have a welder manufacture an inverted "V"-shaped piece that will allow the frame to straddle the kickstand. Brilliant engineers... Another issue is the drop rate - it's apparently not adjustable. Only two potential sites on the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder - one is the fill hole, the other - I have no idea except that if I screw it in all the way it does nothing.. If I screw it out a few turns, the lift won't function at all. With ANY minor weight on the release pad that lift drops the bike like a Brunswick Black Beauty. IMHO, this is entirely dangerous - and I'm glad I found that out before I tried to use it on my other bike - a '14 Ultra-Classic. A call to HD and ask for info/help gave me nothing. The man was unable to find out info on the lift, did not know what vendor was used to build it, but promised to look into it and call back. I believe this unit should be recalled for a refit - as it is dangerous in its present form. Do NOT buy this unit until those issues are addressed. read more.

    • The frame adapter kit, for the lift, is just 3 attachments and a smaller piece that slip on the frame. It takes two people to use this setup. Even when it's all together, it appears to be very dangerous. Harley, design a user friendly bike.

    • Did you use this with the Dyna Frame Adapter kit PN:98965-99? I have an FLD and was considering this lift. BTW, I think this lift is the same as OTC 1545 Ultra Low profile Motorcycle Lift.

    • Hey Lee67, Thanks for your review. I’ve shared your feedback and concerns with our product development team. There may be an issue with the pump in your lift, which would be covered under warranty. Please contact your local dealer or Customer Service to assist you in submitting a warranty claim.

  • Question:

Is there any replacement for the Frame Protector Kit P/N 94675-99. P/N comes up OBSOLETE w/o replacement P/N.
    Jeffrey - Georgia
  • Question:
    4/5/2024
States the lift will NOT work on the 2024 Street Glide. Anyone know why?
    Twisted - Florida
    • Answer:
HD specifies only up to 2022 models. The frame part numbers are the same as previous years and I've seen youtube videos of the 2024 on the 1500 LB OTC Lift which is the Harley lift not painted orange. I suspect HD just hasn't updated the site.
      • Answer:
Hello Twisted, The 24 models are constructed differently than the 23 models, and wont fit with this particular lift.
  • Question:
    12/5/2023
Will it lift the entire bike? And, do I need the frame protector kit? 2002 deuce efi Thomas
    Yubatom - Ca. Marysville
    • Answer:
Hi Yubatom, Softail® models require Frame Protector Kit P/N 94675-99, Twin Cam-equipped Dyna® models require Adapter Kit P/N 98965-99, both sold separately. Thank you

Does this lift allow the three hole fluid change?
    HDGoose - NC
    • Answer:
HDGoose, It depends on the year and model of your bike. You would need to verify that you have adequate access to the drain plugs and that there would be no interference when draining the fluids. Thank you

Would this work with a 2012 heritage softail classic?

Devin L, Yes, this Lift will work with any Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Thanks, blue84irnhd
