Then went to a steady Reverse Polarity Error light. Tried it on other batteries, same result. My Harley dealer says it tests OK, but it's faulty.

Answer:Mine is doing the same thing. I hooked a different one up to my battery and it worked, so the charger had gone bad. I have read several reviews of others doing the same thing. I’m ordering a NOCO to replace mine
