Bought this for my 2015 Harley 48 to replace a turn signal mount/assembly after it broke off. Perfect replacement part, arrived fast, nicely packaged.

Weak metal, poor design breaks easily

These came on the very slightly used Sportster I purchased a couple years ago. Bumping them with my knee while moving the bike bent one back quickly, just a little bit, but when I went to bend it back gently the weak metal broke off in my hand.

    • They weren't HD turn signal relocation mounts for a Sportster 48 than, because I purchased a set for mine and they are solid steel, weigh atleast 2 pounds each and there is absolutely 0 chance you could bend one with your knee.

Instructions were a bit inaccurate and vague
Seems like it would be an easy job. If you like removing your tank and learning now to pry wires out of Harley connectors, it's a fun mod. Also, have a jack handy or a proper bike lift. The brackets are actually held on by bolts that hold the forks so when you loosen them up, the forks will move. And, of course, you need a torque wrench to tighten everything back up. The parts themselves are awesome. They are exactly like the parts you remove except the notch is gone. If you have a grinder, you can modify your current parts instead of buying these but these are inexpensive enough that they seem worth it. read more.

I need this to lower my front turn signals to install a drag bar. I have a 2020 Sportster XL1200X Forty-Eight, but the listing says it will not fit my bike. The bike pictured in the description looks like my bike. Can you confirm fitment please?
