    Had this installed on my 2014 Street Glide Special. The fitment selection will tell you that this part will not fit your Rushmore 14 and up bike. My dealership installs these all the time on 2014-2016's. Great mild cam, with very noticeable torque and HP. After Dyno results 87HP, and 107 TQ. For my TC HO103, this was a nice bump. Really feel the torque throughout the ranges. Currently running Stage 1 air, Rush dual headers, and 4" Rineharts. Love this set up. read more.

    Where's the Torque???
    This is second go around with this 255, First go around was on 2009 Ultra-glide, this bike was 96 but cam change (255) throttle body 50mm, k&n air filter, big bore slip-on's with screaming e-tuner..turned bike into 103..this bike ran strong and idled smooth. I now have 2012 heritage softtail, updated with se255's, SE/cam plate & high vol/oil pump, fp3 tuner, K & N air filter and Rinehart 3in slip-ons, bike now idles like has a big cam in it? BUT, my present bike is 3-400 lbs lighter than prior Ultra glide and doesn't run as strong...and to boot you have to keep in lower gears as at 70mph you are bearly turning 2500rpm and this is were this cam comes on, so I'm feeling abit under powered. Question, is this cam suppose to jump idle up & down 200-300 rpm at idle???????? read more.

    • I had that problem and it was a damaged Tappet and a loosened rod. It ended up damaging the cam and displacing the front cylinder exhaust vale spring. Should idle like a nice big cam, but I would take a look if it’s a consistent timed drop around 400-500

    This cam has incredible torque from down low. It is excellent for people who plan a lot of Two-up riding. But the torque curve is very FLAT. So you won't feel a lot of power under acceleration because the torque does not Build Up and get stronger ... it just stays the same as the rpm's increase. Harley has come out with a newer cam that they recommend with higher compression pistons that gives a little more increase in torque as the rpm's rise. read more.

    Looking to do stage 2 upgrade, 09 heritage classic 96ci stage 1, any suggestions? Local running with the guys, and highway 70 to 80 without feeling like engine is gonna blow up is what I'm looking for.

      Run SE255 in my 2011 FLHTCU 96" stage 2 fi. Love them! No issues keeping up with 103's w/stage 1, even up the hills. Typically ride in the 70-90mph range too. Bike has 180k km on it and still pulls hard! Noticeably better than S

      Hello Sarge, Screamin' Eagle Twin Cam Performance Cams- SE-255 part number 25638-07 does not fit your 2014 Tri Glide Ultra. Part number 25482-10 Screamin' Eagle Twin Cam Performance Cams- SE-259E is an option. Thanks blairmke
