I wear a 5xl helmet, so choice is limited. I right now own about 20 full face helmets, some fit, most do not. Some are comfortable, some are not. This is comfortable and the right size.

When you have the face shield all the way up there is no wind buffering. When I put the face shield down I was still getting good air flow through the helmet. The helmet doesn’t feel to heavy. The clear visor is so clear I kinda forgot that I had it down. read more

What I like: The modular design is incredibly convenient, especially for longer rides where I want to lift the chin bar without taking the whole helmet off. The internal sun shield is a fantastic feature—it slides down smoothly and provides good visibility while riding in bright sunlight. Ventilation is also decent, helping to keep me cool on warm days. Fit and Comfort: The helmet fits true to size and feels snug without being too tight. The padding is comfortable and breaks in nicely after a few wears. It's also relatively lightweight for a modular helmet, which helps reduce fatigue on long rides. Bottom line: The Capstone Sun Shield is a reliable helmet in a fair price range. read more

Discomfort at my forehead and around my ears (I wear eyeglasses) after long rides was getting to be too much. I came across this helmet and seeing as how Harley allows for no hassle returns, I decided to give it a try. What a difference. Never owned a modular helmet before and I gotta say, I like the 2-piece style. It fits very well with no pain after a long day of riding. All the features (visors, flip-up modular piece, vents) work well and do what their supposed to do. And there's very little wind noise which reduces the buzzing in my ears after a long day of riding. read more

So when I saw this helmet had sizes up to 5XL, I decided to try the 4XL.. and it fit perfectly! So thankful I’ve found a helmet that actually feels good to wear. Keep in mind - these helmets are mainly for round heads.. if you have a square head, it might not be the one for you. It comes with a pinlock, and helmet bag. Definitely recommend this helmet if you’re looking to replace or even upgrade. It’s not too heavy to wear so neck strain is minimal. The only negative is that this helmet is designed for SmartHJC comm systems (Sena). So if you have a Cardo system, you might find you’ll have to apply the mount a bit further back due to the side plates being meant for the SmartHJC system. It’ll feel awkward having to use your Cardo when it feels like you’re reaching the back of your head. read more
