Mounted on the fork tubes below the upper triple tree, these Clip-On Handlebars place the rider in a low and aggressive tank-hugging riding posture. Ideal for carving corners and splitting lanes, these Clip-On bars narrow the overall width of the bike and keep the rider tightly tucked into the machine for a "one-with-the-bike" feeling.

So much fun! It really adds to the feel of the bike and looks great too! Really easy to install - tear down of old bars and adding these took about 4 hours total.

A very slight design flaw (?)
A very well made, geniune product. The dimpled bars are perfect; your hand control and cables will fit perfectly. The clamp to the fork is a single bolt, making it easy to loosen, adjust, and tighten. Its aluminum construction makes it light in weight. The drilled ends to accept bar-end mirrors is a big plus. I do have a big gripe with this product. It is a design flaw. On both sides, the end of the handlebar slightly gets in the way of the (fork) tightening clamp bolt. Your torx wrench will slide into the bolt with a little slant. If you're not extremely careful, it could strip the bolt. The same applies to one of the (handlebar) clamp tightening bolts on the throttle side. The banjo bolt gets in the way this time. Hopefully, the picture attached to this review will clarify what I'm saying. If the handlebar had been 1-2mm shorter on the front end (and the clamp was shorter, too), this product would have been perfect. I'd still recommend this over aftermarket product, though, for the reasons stated in the first paragraph. read more.

Why would this not fit a 07 sportster 1200c? The bike has 39mm forks correct? I'm trying to put clip ons on my sportster and want HD.

Hello Josh, Because of the turn signals on your bike would hit the tank on a stock set up. Gigglesthehelper
