Your H-D Visa Referral Code is a 10-digit code located at the top, right of your monthly statement in the Rewards Summary section.

H-D Visa Primary Cell Phone Number

Must be 10 digits

Enter the cell phone number associated with the Primary cardmember's H-D Visa account.

Invalid Referral Code or Cell Phone Number.

Call H-D Visa Cardmember Services at 1-800-699-2281 to add the Primary Cardmember's mobile phone number to your H-D Visa account. Allow 1-2 business days for this to update.
