Answer:Hello! Thank you for contacting Harley-Davidson Online Store with your question. Helmet fitment can often be decided based upon what size of helmet you previously wore. However, everyone's head has a different size and shape, and different manufactures use different shapes. As such, there are two options: You can purchase the size you think most closely matches your fit (and return it for free if you are not satisfied), or you can try on a similar helmet in your local dealer to check the size and fitment. Don't forget if you are not happy with the fitment you can return the item to us for free within 15 days. Returns can be begun in the "Track Order" (in the top right of the webpage). How to Measure for a Motorcycle Helmet To take the proper measurement of your head and evaluate helmet manufacturers’ size charts, you’ll need a measuring tape. Place the tape about 1 inch above your eyebrows and ears and measure around the largest diameter of your head. Motorcycle Helmet Size Charts With your measurements handy, refer to the motorcycle helmet's size chart to find the right size since not all manufacturers are the same, and each helmet will fit differently. The sizes suggested in the attached doc are specific to the manufacturer of each helmet. It is recommended that you visit your dealer to try helmets on prior to buying a helmet online if you have never had a H-D helmet before or check the one you previously wore..
