Ottimo prodotto ma pessimo ecommerce/assistenz

Il prodotto è ottimo l’unico problema è che le misure selezionate nello shop online non corrispondono alle taglie riportate nella “guida alle taglie”. Ho provato ad acquistare due volte ma in entrambi i casi il casco è arrivato della misura sbagliata. Ho contattato l’assistenza senza nessun risultato, ho spiegato il problema e si sono limitati a suggerirmi di provare ad ordinare il prodotto di un’altra misura e sperare che arrivasse della taglia corretta.... senza parole! read more
