This pump was designed to allow safe and simple adjustment of the front and rear air suspension on Touring motorcycles. Unlike a bicycle pump or a fuel station air hose, the hand operated pump with controllable "micro bleed" valve allows precise adjustment to air volume, and the "no loss" air connector maintains shock pressure when the fitting is removed.

2000 FLHRCI. Moved air fill ports to new front docking bracket p/n 53803-06. Bracket is thicker so exposed thread is shorter (~1/4"). My old hand pump now can't reach the schraeder valves. Does this pump have a shorter throat than a normal bike pump?

Hi Arpy: Due to the nature of your question, please consult with your local dealership. Thanks

Can you tell me why the air release button won't work
    Digger4692
    • Answer:
Digger4692; Per the Isheet if the release button is pressed rapidly or completely air will not release. Try to depress the release button slowly and only partially for air to be released, if still air will not release and the product was purchased within a 1 year period from a HD dealership/HD website, please see your local HD dealership for review of issue for warranty of the pump.
