    Gets hot/button sticks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They heat up quickly and evenly. On full heat, they are too hot to hold for very long. The only problem is the button. If you press the button all the way in, it sticks and causes an error on the screen which locks them out from use. You have to restart the bike in order to get them to work. This is very frustrating in a group ride. read more.

Easy to install and nice and warm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always avoided installing heated grips on my 2020 Road glide because I didn't want to have to runt he cables through the bars. On the 2024, they plug straight into the hand controls. They are so easy to install. I really like the feel of them, they are nice and grippy. They are also not too flashy. No one would know they are heated unless you told them. I was also surprised by how warm they get. On a cool night, I had to turn them down to the lowest setting. We'll see how they do in winter. read more.

    Great Product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install! No flash required. They were plug n play for me. I did have the latest version of Instana software though. Very nice fit and finish.

How do you know if your bike will need a Digital Technician Update? I have a 24 Road Glide

    • Answer:
Search on YouTube “in the friction zone”. He tells you how to determine in a flash is needed. Hope this helps
      • Answer:
It depends on the build date. Remove the cover from either hand control module and look for a label with two rows of numbers. if the top number has a letter after it, its plug and play. If there is no letter, needs flash at dealer.
