Should have put this on from day 1! Love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wish I had put this on my bike from day 1! I went with a different brand at the suggestion of another rider. It sounded great, but low RPMs felt like the bike wanted to stall (which it did often). Popped this screaming eagle system on and what a difference, rips off the line, it just wants to go. Sounds good, not as obnoxious as the previous one I had and still has a nice throaty rumble. read more.

SE exhaust for Pan America Special
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked at a lot of mufflers for the PA. I wanted a rumble but not obnoxious sound. After hearing the SE exhaust, thats the sound I wanted. I removed the baffle and it sounds great.

    Great sounding pipe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this pipe on 5,000 mi ago and now I wanted to give it a review. When I installed it I did take out the "quiet baffle" let's call it. And that definitely made a big difference. It's very easy to do with just one bolt to remove and knock out the restrictor. This is how this bike should sound! The bike is not loud and obnoxious but gives it a great rumble and growl. I have taken it on Long highway rides and spirited twisty roads. There is no drone or obnoxious sound at highway speeds and you can barely hear it over the wind noise which is perfect. But when you get on the throttle it really opens up and is music to my ears. I do wear a Shoei RF 1400 helmet And it is definitely one of the quieter helmets I have ever had. I give this Screamin' Eagle pipe five stars and recommend it to anyone with a Pan Am read more.

    Adventure exhaust
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Build quality is great. I like the tone , makes the bike sound powerful but not annoying . Wasn’t to bad to install if you have normal mechanical skills. Is a perfect adventure exhaust for someone who wants to travel the world but also go out with there friends for a night read more.

What is the actual weight savings in pounds? Don’t say a percentage, that’s meaningless.
    Walstib - AZ
    • Answer:
I weighed the original with all the parts on a digital scale at 14.92lbs. Then I weighed the SE exhaust at 9.64lbs. So there was a 5.28lb weight difference.
