Fits ’04-later XL models (except XL1200CX, XL1200T, XL1200V and International (non-Canadian) XL883N, XL1200N or XL1200X models and models with Rear Axle Covers. Models with side-mount license plates require License Plate/Turn Signal Relocation Kit P/N 73279-10. ’11-later XL1200C models require Turn Signal Relocation Kit P/N 67800071 (Domestic) or 67800077 (International). All other models require separate purchase of Turn Signal Relocation Kit P/N 68732-02A (Domestic), 68733-02A (International) or Layback License Plate Kit P/N 60215-06. Models equipped with H-DR Detachables^™ accessories require separate purchase of Docking Hardware Kit P/N 53544-04 (if not already equipped).

Don’t Buy

I got these bags and the locks didn’t work. The key would not turn in either bag. They leak water. They look good on the bike, but they don’t function well.

I would not buy them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These came on my bike, I bought a very lightly used 883. And I am glad I did not pay for these bags. They are not water proof, water resistant or anything close, don't let that gasket fool you, it doesn't do much. Also, get familiar with a very small torque bit, as the tiny little inadequate screws that 'hold' the lid on will come out with regularity. The locks are absolute crap, one of the tumblers came out the 1st week I had my bike. Oh, and you can not get replacement keys from harley, or even excellent locksmiths, I have tried all over the country. All I can nice about them is that they look the part. read more.
