    Love the Mirrors
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put these on my 2012 Road King and they still work perfect after 9 years.

    Biggest pile of junk
Lights kept setting the dash light on because they drew too much power from the bcm. I had to change the turn signals to custom dynamics to solve the draw issue. DO not buy harley lights. Dealer wouldnt warranty!

    Short bulb life
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these lights several years ago with dealer installation and with only 13,000 miles on these mirrors half the bulbs are out on one of the mirrors. Not good Harley!

    • HD - This has been going on a long time - Love your products but they are expensive and you should be helping folks with their issues of design / manufacturing but I see nothing here where you are helping anyone - What are you doing? - Are these issues fixed yet? Am I going to face the same problems if I purchase a product that you still have out on the market after numerous problems - Your customers want to hear from you and expect to see some support for these people with troubled investments - Please do something for your customers

    Good Idea But...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These mirrors weren’t easy to install compared to the standard non-powered version. So, I was especially disappointed when the LEDs burned-out after only a few rides. But, I’ll soon be uploading a simple and inexpensive fix to YouTube for those who’ve encountered this problem. read more.

    HD LED Mirrors
Mirrors are of excellent quality. I put them on my 2000 Fatboy. I would like to see an improvement to the wiring. Lets use plugs that are already assembled. This will improve the weakest link in the entire installation process. Once you do it the old fashioned way you are going to have some loose connections causing your mirror to either not flash or light up. A fully assembled plug system would prevent that from happening. Other than that the mirrors and lighting are great. read more.

Some of the lights on the Mirrors have burned out. How do you replace them
    Bmat30 - Milwaukee
    • Answer:
I'm experiencing the same situation with my LED mirrors. In my case, it seems the lighting worked perfect until the first time I activated my 4ways. There does not appear to be any way to access the bulbs that need replacing. The service writer at my local HD dealer informed me that the bulbs are NOT serviceable. I needed more convincing since this seemed that it couldn't possibly be true. So, I went directly to the top in command, that being the service department manager. He reiterated the terrible news. NOT serviceable. I have about six bulbs out in just one mirror and it looks like sh^&#@T. Replacing it/them would cost>$300. read more.
