I know if someone really wanted to steal my bike they prob could but this is effective as a deterrent. If you have this on yours and the bike next to yours doesn’t. Which one you think they gonna take ? Love the alarm and is very loud. I reviewed others before purchasing this and this one has what I was looking for. Not just a lock but also an audible alarm. I have used it on overnight trips and it gives you that extra sense of security. Like I said if someone wanted to steal it, they prob could but that’s why I have a good insurance policy also. read more.

FEATURED REVIEW7/31/2024SIREN DISC BRAKE ALARM[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You talk about a screamer. It gives you prenty of fair warning before it goes off. When I 1st set it off I thought a few little chirps, no big deal, then as I kept moving it, it went off a boy o boy, you talk about screaming. Don't believe anyone will want to mess with bike. It's very well built, very secure on brake rotor. If they try and get it off, they'll destroy everything and have to deal with a screamer. read more.

Answer:Hello Antonio, Installation instructions are available under Details tab. Located under product description. If two beeps are heard: a. Allow key cylinder to go upwards till it stops. b. Slowly press top of key cylinder back down half-way and listen for one beep. c. If this is heard, continue to push all the way down until it clicks. d. The disc is now locked.. I hope this helps.
