FEATURED REVIEW3/14/2025Poor Quality Control[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Partway into installation, I realized that the kit was short several bolts and locking nuts. Looking back at previous reviews, this was a consistent theme. At this price point, it’s unacceptable not to have all required hardware. Beyond that, the directions are subpar. Fortunately there are some YouTube tutorials on installation that were helpful. Once installed, it performs its task acceptably. read more.

FEATURED REVIEW2/22/2025Disappointment[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for my new 2024 Road Glide as I had one for my 2012 Road Glide and just loved it on long rides. I received it and right away I had doubts that it would work as it looked too tall. I pulled my seat off and set it in place and my suspicion was right. Wouldn't fit under the seat. When I ordered it I had logged into my account, I had the new bike in there and the website said it would fit. At this point I'm hoping that Harley comes out with one that fits. read more.

FEATURED REVIEW8/27/2024Barely Lasted 6 Months[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is no longer adjustable, it's just stuck in the leaned all the way back position, luckily that's where I keep. It also doesn't lean far enough back, it pushes you too far forward, especially if you have a jacket with a back protector.

Loosen up the bolts on the base of the actuator. this will help it adjust. It is the 7/16 nut and bolt12/8/2024

FEATURED REVIEW2/3/2024Missing PartsWaited for over a month to receive the adjustable backrest mount and it came missing multiple parts. Called the online store and after being on hold for 24 minutes they told me there's nothing they can do as the parts are not available individually. Very disappointing. This will also be in a Google review.
