FEATURED REVIEW8/24/2024If correctly installed, great product[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Army admonition of "RTFM" (Read the Functional Manual) very much applies for these simple parts. Look closely for the "top" alignment notches, or the product is worthless, and the nice little covers will become road fodder at the first bump. A dab of blue loctite and the correct torque means you'll be able to get these on and off at each tire change several times in the years ahead. If you have doubts about your friendly mechanic, pointing the alignment notches out will spare you a return trip to the dealer or mechanic for a second installation attempt. The shaft and rod ends don't appear very robust, but then again, they're priced right - and, if correctly installed, work well. Suggest a dab of silicone sealant beneath your new hub covers, and use ALL of the allan-head set screws for which holes have been drilled in the covers - may require a trip to your local hardware store for a 3rd and 4th such set screw, but worth the extra bit of effort for a good installation of the set. read more.
